The chicken was delicious, the meat was tender and sweet, the skin was chewy and crispy, very tasty. There were lots of soft-boiled eggs; I stir-fried half of them, and cooked the offal and soft-boiled eggs into a porridge, which was fragrant, delicious, and sweet. Thank you, Wee.
The old hen is of good quality; it's an old hen with a clean exterior, and the soup should taste quite good.
After preparing this hen, I got one round egg and four small, immature eggs. I simmered them until very tender, then cooked them in a pan to eat with a Vietnamese coriander salad.
