The soup tastes just like the real thing from a restaurant, and it's delicious!!! If you're making it as tsukemen (dipping noodles), you might want to use slightly less hot water than indicated. I ate it as ramen. It was delicious! ^_^

You can make delicious miso ramen!
A consistently high-quality miso ramen dish: first rinse the noodles with water, then cook them for one minute. Top with sliced chashu pork, a boiled egg, and chopped green onions, and you have a wonderful bowl of ramen.
