Always fresh and good white Green Bean
The Long White beans I received, is fresh, green and crisp. It was on sale. I should have purchased more. I washed, blanched and froze them for later use. This beans can be used in multiple dishes… curries, stews, noodles, fried rice, soups etc. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

1/3 of the beans is soft and too big (too mature), I was able to use the 2/3. They should remove the old beans, this bean is not cheap after all.
