This is my first purchase of Laxmi grated coconut. The freshness of this coconut is impressive. It’s sweet and flavorful. You can tell it was process at its peak. I prepared a lovely desert call conkie… with grated butternut squash, corn meal, sugar, coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices, wrapped in banana leaves and steamed. This desert was quite delicious with the added deliciousness of fresh coconut. I really trust Laxmi brand products, the grated coconut was a good choice. I will definitely repurchase this product.
