This is my second purchase. It's delicious just toss it with some plain noodles.
The ratio of scallions to soy sauce is 1:20. The oil is a bit green, and the first bite wasn't amazing, but it's very flavorful and leaves a pleasant aftertaste, making my stomach rumble. I added cilantro, microwaved it for 30 seconds, and added dried shallots; it went well with the chicken.
