One pack contains quite a lot, six pieces of various sizes! Two pieces are enough for one adult and one snack per meal! Braised Pig Tongue: First, soak in cold water with a spoonful of salt for half an hour, then drain and set aside. Put cold water, ginger, scallions, and cooking wine in a pot, then bring to a boil with the pig tongue. Skip the foam from the pot, then add the prepared caramelized sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil again, then simmer over low heat for 7 x 7 = 49 minutes. Once cooked, slice and plate to serve!
It's cheap and good quality, great value for money, I'll buy it again!
