Pork paste (giò sống) is delicious for bun moc (Vietnamese noodle soup with meatballs). There are two types of pork paste on Weee; I've tried both and only this one is perfect for bun moc.
Excellent for making bun moc and bun rieu.
Mix the vermicelli, wood ear mushrooms, a little good fish sauce, MSG, and pepper together, mix well until chewy, then steam in a rice cooker until cooked. It's delicious, I'll buy it again.
Take the time to knead it a bit more after tasting, it's delicious , I will buy it again.

My fav for decades!! This pate is really popular in vietnam and tastes superior to the cheaper ones. The texture is smooth, creamy, it doesnt kick you with a gamey taste and have a pleasant aftertaste. Its one of the pate where you can keep eating!!
