It's good value for money, but there's so much that I'm worried about being able to eat it all while it's fresh, so I'll probably be having yam dishes every day. I've been eating it sliced with bonito flakes and dashi soy sauce, and also in tororo soba (buckwheat noodles with grated yam). It seems like it can be frozen, so I'll cut it up and put it in the freezer as soon as possible.
