The spring rolls were okay, with a crispy, multi-layered outer shell. I found there wasn't much meat and the texture was a bit dry, but there was a bit too much mung bean.

this Curry is very good it has a rich coconut taste and if the rich bra and the chicken pieces are nice and a turtle really add and if you really want to just bump it up a little just add some rice to make it even more scrumptious

this broth helps me cook Bun bo hue successfully. My family gives me a praise that it tastes like the one in Vietnamese restaurant. I mixed the broth with the water that I cooked with beef, lemongrass, onion, ginger, shrimp paste...to create a broth like in the picture.
