I'd been eyeing this for a long time before finally ordering, and the broth is absolutely fantastic! The rich, thick broth and the fragrant, non-irritating chili oil are exactly what I've always wanted for a clear, spicy broth! The noodles are springy and chewy, almost like rice noodles. The included vegetable packet contains crunchy lotus root, potatoes, bamboo shoots, and wood ear mushrooms—all of good quality. For the two of us, we added enoki mushrooms, dried bamboo shoots, tofu skin rolls, pea sprouts, squid balls, and sliced meat. Every ingredient absorbed the flavor of the broth perfectly. It's perfect as a mini hot pot for two! I'll definitely buy it again!

It tastes like Korean mala tang because of the peanut and sesame paste. I added extra vegetables, so I couldn't finish it all by myself. If you add meat, it's enough food for two people to eat until they're full.
