I bought another Little Sheep Wagyu beef hot pot slice last time and it was pretty good, so I'm trying this one instead.
I usually buy lamb, but this was my first time trying beef! Although it was a bit pricey, it was totally worth it – not as fatty as beef in the US and incredibly flavorful.

It's incredibly delicious, just like the picture. The beef is lean, not too fatty, and has a great texture. It's a USDA Choice grade, so the meat quality is reliable. The fat and lean meat are evenly distributed, and the red and white marbling is visually appealing. It won't fall apart easily when cooked in hot pot. Beef brisket itself has even more lean meat, so it's not greasy and has a rich meaty flavor. Plus, it's already thinly sliced, so you can just take it out and put it directly into the pot without having to do any preparation yourself, which is super convenient.
