I stir it into steamed rice, stir‑fried dishes or use it as condiment for noodles. The glass jar is solid and well‑packed for shipping. Notice that there is quite a lot oil inside. If you do not like oily condiments, you may want to drain some oil before eating.
Adding a little bit when stir-frying is quite good.
