Delicious hope
The dessert was delicious, with plenty of mung bean filling and a thin wrapper. Adding more sugar syrup and ginger would make it perfect. However, I noticed something... the box says 3 servings and the picture shows 3 large glutinous rice balls along with some smaller ones, but in reality, there are only 2 inside (the picture is for illustrative purposes only ). Overall, the glutinous rice ball dessert was still okay, delicious and filling.
I haven't eaten it yet, but I hope it's delicious.

It relies purely on the Maillard reaction of sugar at high temperatures and the rapid expansion of baking powder to perfectly replicate the classic structure of a golden and crispy outer shell and a soft and chewy interior with large holes. Although the surface is enhanced with the aroma of roasted white sesame seeds, the "crispy on the outside and hollow on the inside, slightly sweet and chewy" texture achieves a near-perfect similarity to the traditional Shanghai tiger paw claw pastry in its essence.
These pancakes are very fragrant after just a short toasting; they have a subtle sweetness, making them a great breakfast option.
