My first time ordering Rabbit fish. It arrived frozen, packed and ice and very fresh. After gutted and cleaned, it was washed with lemon and salt, seasoned to taste, and grilled in the toaster oven. It was quite delicious with a lovely fresh sweet flavour. It was easy to eat, not much bones to remove. I will definitely repurchase as needed.

Three of them weighed just over a pound. I steamed them tonight, and they tasted pretty good, but cleaning them was a bit of a hassle. I hope the original large yellow croakers will be back on the shelves soon.
