I added it to the shabu-shabu and it was light and didn't have any unpleasant smell at all. It was great!
Out of all the meat I've bought at Weee, this was the most delicious. The beef brisket for shabu-shabu I've bought here has sometimes been covered in blood clots or had an unpleasant gamey smell, making it difficult to eat, but this one is not like that at all and is incredibly tender!! It doesn't have much fat attached, but it isn't tough either; it's clean and neat. I'm only going to buy this from now on.
The meat looks delicious, but it appears a bit mushy.
The actual product doesn't quite match the picture... and it melts; next time I take it out, it'll probably be a lump.

I added cabbage and button mushrooms, sprinkled pepper, and stir-fried them in a pan. It was delicious; even without adding extra oil, just the right amount of fat came out of the meat.
The marbling on the beef was nice, and the meat itself was a bit darker in color, but the quality was still good. It would be delicious in hot pot.
I'll definitely repurchase this! The meat is so tender and juicy, it's really delicious . I'll definitely stock up when it's on sale.
