This banh tieu is quite good! I got it on a whim (as part of my first Weee order) and was pleasantly surprised with how good it tasted. It came frozen (not fully) and I just reheat in the air fryer. I like that it‘s less greasy than the ones purchased at the Asian grocerieS store.
