It's Vietnamese udon from the North. I tried it for the first time and surprisingly liked it. It's very good, not too fishy. The portion was a bit small.
The rice noodle soup and seasoning are delicious and authentic, everyone should try it. I used 350ml of filtered water, added some chopped scallions and cilantro, fried onions (which I had at home), and squeezed in a little lemon juice. I was surprisingly good! I have a Vietnamese pho restaurant but they don't sell rice noodle soup. I'm quite picky about food, but I love rice noodle soup, so I bought some to try, and I didn't expect it to be this amazing. I'll definitely buy more for my family to eat!
