I order from here every day. It arrived in good condition, not melted at all.

It was too sweet for me, but delicious . The mochi skin was the right thickness, not too thick or too thin. The filling was matcha flavored; nothing particularly amazing, but it didn't disappoint either. I'd consider buying it again when it's on sale, but the regular price is too expensive.
