This is my first time buying this rice, so I don't know yet if it tastes good. If it does, I'll buy it again.

The rice arrived in a cardboard box! Until now, it was delivered in bags, which was inconvenient, but this is a fantastic improvement and I'm very happy with it.
It has a lighter, more fluffy texture than a chewy one. Apparently, it retains moisture well and is suitable for rice balls and other similar dishes. It's tastier than the Nishiki rice I bought before. I'm grateful to be able to buy Japanese-grown rice.
