I've bought different wontons many times, and this one is the best.
I can totally understand why these are often sold out! They're delicious and are wonderful both steamed and boiled. (sorry, forgot to take a photo of the steamed version) Wrapper is the perfect thin/thickness and have a lovely chew when steamed and are really silky when boiled. Each package has about 30 total (2 layers of 15).

Yes! Wei Chuan's leaves have fewer yellow leaves and are thicker. October Fang's leaves taste fresher. I chose all October Fang leaves, using half a pack (bottom) of October Fang and one pack (top) of Wei Chuan, plus one pound of minced pork, to make 81 dumplings.
