I bought red and black grain flour; they smell wonderful, like healthy grains.
It tastes good, is convenient for breakfast, and you can add many ingredients yourself. I added goji berries, red dates, protein powder, flax seeds, black sesame powder, and walnuts. Add all the powders to a shaker cup, add water, stir well, then pour into a bowl and microwave.
It's easy to prepare and tastes pretty good.

the black nourishing powder is excellent. not sweet. you can add sweetener, BUT it tastes just fine without sweetener as well. not chalky. not bitter. it thickens as it cools. I love it. already have another bag in the shopping cart for my next purchase.

I bought it after seeing good reviews, and it's indeed thick, fragrant, and very delicious. If I have time in the morning, I'll add oatmeal and soy milk and cook it together. I like it and will repurchase.

the red bean powder is wonderful! helped curb my appetite. very lightly sweet, no extra sweetener necessary. and I woke up prettier the next day lol. its already in my cart to buy again. this is definitely a new addition to my regular items from now on.
