It's a large bag, and I always keep some at home. I mainly use it when cooking lamb, but it's also great for sprinkling on steaks. It's also good for roasting potatoes, mushrooms, and other things—a versatile barbecue seasoning. This is a whole bag; I've bought smaller packets before, but this one isn't.
The packaging looks good. I haven't tried it yet. I've bought several other brands before, and they all gave me diarrhea. I hope this one won't.
