The lean meat was pretty good, but the bottom was no longer rolled up and was sticking together a bit, perhaps due to slight thawing during transport.

The meat was delivered fresh and well-frozen.

It was packaged with an ice pack. Since they are individually wrapped, I think it will be convenient as I can use only the amount I need.

I repurchased this, but this time there were a few pieces with some kind of white string stuck together. Since I was serving it to guests, I removed them before eating, but please pack it neatly next time.
