I like the screw cap. keeps it fresh
This sesame paste is quite delicious, but you have to be careful because the first layer is always very oily when you open it. It's spilled on my clothes a couple of times already. We've never bought it before and didn't know this. Also, the sesame paste is a bit bitter; maybe we'll need to use some kind of hydrolysate to neutralize it. In short, to balance things out...
Please knead it well before eating.
