I'm speechless at this packaging. The bottom is empty; only the top half of the meat is on the skewer. Ten small skewers aren't even enough for one person. The beef itself is fine, but the price is too high.

There are 10 skewers in total. The meat is a mix of fat and lean. The outside is charred after being air-fried at 400 degrees. The taste is average. The seasoning packet is a bit sweet. However, I haven't tried authentic Yanji barbecue, so I can't judge it.

The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.

Air fried it at 400 degrees for 9 mins and flipped them a couple of times to make sure they're cooked evenly. I was surprised at how good this was. It reminded me of tocino. It caramelized a bit so there was a nice crunch. Paired it with rice and sauteed bok choy. Would order again!
