I'm going to make gimbap with seasoned dried squid strips.
It is soft and delicious. It is good for making side dishes.
I didn't have any side dishes to eat with my rice, so I hurriedly ordered some and made this. With the dried shredded squid, a bowl of rice disappears in a flash.
It’s not a cheap product in Korea either, but it’s really too expensive in the U.S. Since there aren’t as many varieties of side dishes to make as there are in Korea, I decided to give it a try.
