I didn't have any side dishes to eat with my rice, so I hurriedly ordered some and made this. With the dried shredded squid, a bowl of rice disappears in a flash.
It’s not a cheap product in Korea either, but it’s really too expensive in the U.S. Since there aren’t as many varieties of side dishes to make as there are in Korea, I decided to give it a try.
It's a product I buy often. I like that I can make it quickly!
It's delicious. Since dried shredded squid is expensive in Korea as well, the price in the US is reasonable. It's not enough to make a side dish; I finish it all just by dipping it in gochujang a few times.

The taste is ok so I had bought again on 2/2025 and have been a month later a product can't eat anymore since a date still on use untill 10/20/2025. Something wrong with this product even a brand

This dried squid is soft, sweet and delicious.
Tasted like other red shredded squid. Has to be kept refrigerated. Dip intim Hoisin and chilli sauce. The packet is very big so it will last a long time.
