I bought this to press sesame oil, but it doesn't seem to be for that purpose, so I think I'll just have to use it as is. The sesame seeds are clean.
There was a large quantity. I roasted them and stored them in jars and Ziploc bags. I use them in salad dressings and barbecue sauce.
