This was really good - not too spicy and good sesame taste! The noodle was very plumpy and juicy.
It's extremely white, even after cooking, so I'm wondering if it contains too much whitening agent. The portion size is average, and it's quite slippery.
The seasoning is okay, but it's a bit small for one person.

The sesame and shallot flavors are both delicious! I'm so glad I found it! I'll restock if it runs out of stock again!
