I bought these because they are Korean Tongyeong oysters that I trust and eat, and they had a large size available. I use them in various dishes, such as oyster soup, oyster jjamppong, and oyster pasta.

The oysters are pre-prepared and frozen, making them very convenient to cook. You can make oyster porridge or oyster omelets.
This is a fairly large size, but the quantity does indeed appear to be relatively small.
