This ingredient is supposed to be for a fish pot, but I cooked beef instead. But after opening it, it had a strange smell that I wasn't used to, so I added light soy sauce, and it improved the flavor. It would probably have been even better with scallions and bok choy.

This is a bag of frozen takoyaki (domestic-made) from Okamoto Foods Co., Ltd. in Japan. You can DIY it by drizzling it with mayonnaise and sprinkling it with bonito flakes, instantly recreating a Japanese street food stall experience!
