These are all-natural frozen clams, and each 2-pound bag is quite generous, enough for two servings. They're not very big, and most of the shells are quite clean. The clam meat is fresh and plump. Just remove the byssus and clean the shells before cooking. You can stir-fry them with scallions, ginger, and garlic, make soup, bake them, or steam them with garlic. There are many ways to cook them, and they're all delicious!
