I'm not sure if it's real scallops or what, but it looks like they just put the adductor muscle on a scallop shell and froze it. The muscle itself is substantial, but it's really disappointing for the price. Unless you specifically need the scallop shell, just buy the one that consists only of the adductor muscle.
So delicious, I bought 15 more to keep for later.
The scallops were large and very fresh. I bought them to grill with cheese and toast with scallion oil, and both were delicious.

I added vermicelli and black beans and steamed it, it was OK. It was quite small.
6 halves of scallops, the first time I bought them there were vermicelli and a small amount of chili which made them taste good. I will buy them again next time.
Bake garlic butter for 10 minutes then add peanuts, fried onions, green onions. It's delicious when eaten with fish sauce, chili, lime, and sugar.
Bake it at 180 degrees for 10 mins with garlic and butter. Turns out good!
The size is a bit small, not as good as the other frozen scallops
