Fresh and good.
Received 2 small-medium sized cabbages rather than the usual humongous cabbage they often sent. They were good and fresh.
Ok quality
Also known as wrinkled-leaf cabbage or wrinkled-skin cabbage, it is a heading cabbage variety belonging to the genus Brassica in the family Brassicaceae. Its most distinctive feature is the dense, textured wrinkles covering its green leaves, giving it a more pronounced appearance than regular cabbage. It is excellent for stir-frying with garlic, chili peppers, bacon, or pork belly over high heat.
Very big and tasty
I made steamed cabbage. I removed the outer leaves, washed it well, and steamed it. It's nice and sweet.
Reasonable size, not sure about the taste yet
All yellow some rotting. Unusable
