Fragrant but not spicy, perfect for those who love Sichuan flavors but are afraid of spice.
This chili oil is delicious. It can be used as a dipping sauce for dumplings and hot pot. It would probably taste great in cold dishes as well.

The third or fourth bottle is suitable for making cold dishes.
