The albacore was huge! It was much bigger than i expected. The taste is wonderful. It is somewhat similar to yellowfin and bigeye tuna with less iron flavor. I was so impressed about the quality. It is extremely fresh and has a good amount of umami. I'd definitely buy again in the near future.
