I wanted to try this
I made two meal kits (one for each of the two bulgogis). I added glass noodles, so my husband and I ate one meal kit for two days. Since I added vegetables, it was bland on its own, so I seasoned it with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and pepper to add more seasoning. I think I'll keep buying it. Good.
real Korean flavor, good item
I ordered it for the first time and I hope it tastes good. However, it didn't arrive because it was frozen.
It came well packaged and didn't melt. Stir-fry it with mushrooms and vegetables and you've got bulgogi in no time.

I ordered a second time. It tastes even better if you add a little more bulgogi seasoning.

What does Samgyupsal taste like?
Samgyupsal has a rich, savory flavor and a juicy, succulent texture. When grilled, its fatty layers are rendered out, lending a tasty crispness to the meat.
How is Samgyupsal different from bacon?
While they are both pork bellies, bacon is typically cured and smoked while Samgyupsal is not. Also, bacon is usually thinner and has a different flavor profile as compared to Samgyupsal.
How do you eat Samgyupsal?
After being grilled, Samgyupsal is often wrapped in lettuce leaves with rice, sliced garlic, and Korean sauces for a flavorful bite-sized package.
Can Samgyupsal be prepared without a grill?
Yes. If a grill isn't available, you can fry the meat in a pan over high heat.
Do I need special cooking equipment for Samgyupsal?
No, all you need is a grill or a frying pan. However, many people enjoy using a table-top grill for the social aspect of cooking the meat right at the table.
How do I cut Samgyupsal?
Unlike bacon, Samgyupsal is typically cut into thick slices, around 1/2 to 1 inch thick.
How long does it take to grill Samgyupsal?
The grilling time for Samgyupsal depends on the thickness of the meat and the temperature of the grill. Typically it takes between 4-6 minutes on each side.
How is Samgyupsal traditionally prepared?
Samgyupsal is usually grilled at the table and then eaten directly from the grill. It's traditionally served with lettuce, garlic, and different kinds of Korean sauces.
How healthy is Samgyupsal?
While Samgyupsal is high in fat and calories, it is also high in protein and can be part of a balanced diet when eaten in moderation.
Is there a specific cut of meat for Samgyupsal?
Yes. Samgyupsal uses a specific cut of meat, the pork belly. It's cut into thick strips, with the layers of fat and meat unsmoked or uncured.
Where can I buy Samgyupsal?
You can buy it at Weee! Asian Market, www.sayweee.com. It can also be found in other Korean or Asian markets and butcher shops.
Can I make Samgyupsal using other types of meat?

I've bought Angus sirloin steak countless times, and the quality is mostly good. As shown in the seller's pictures, however, these two pieces were too fatty and not very good. Overall, I'm satisfied.
easy to marinate because it's thin and delicious after grilling. I'll definitely buy this again!
The packaging was intact, and the frozen condition was very good when I received it. The oil marbling also looks fairly even. I would buy it again.

I will do them Korean style with Korean barbecue sauce inside dishes wonderful sale price a great incentive for people like me that watch their money. Very happy with this product.
It looks like it's been sitting here for a long time; I wonder how it turned out. The quantity isn't large.
It's really thin, maybe 5mm if you say so. Is this the same cut as kalbi in Japan? Hmm, I don't think it's suitable for yakiniku...
This is my first purchase! I'm looking forward to eating it!
