So glad to find this sauce in a glass jar instead of plastic. Elevates the taste of Thai style noodles by giving them a sharpness and tanginess.
A little on the sweet side, this is not my favorite brand of sambal oelek. due to the chili pepper shortage, I've had to make do. It has ample heat, and it is also vegan. I often add sambal oelek to ramen, sometimes the only thing I add.
Pretty good, not too spicy and a bit sour which I like.

This is going to be a great add on to my tuna rice bowls!
I buy this chili oil religiously at this point! It's seriously so good and I put it on pretty much everything. The crunchy garlic is my favorite part and it adds so much flavor without being too spicy. I go through these jars so quickly because I can't stop adding it to my food. Always have to keep a backup!
