So glad to find this sauce in a glass jar instead of plastic. Elevates the taste of Thai style noodles by giving them a sharpness and tanginess.
A little on the sweet side, this is not my favorite brand of sambal oelek. due to the chili pepper shortage, I've had to make do. It has ample heat, and it is also vegan. I often add sambal oelek to ramen, sometimes the only thing I add.
Pretty good, not too spicy and a bit sour which I like.
