Just add vinegar and sugar (I added allulose) in addition to the konbu after you beat the cucumber in a zip lock bag. yummy! the leftover vinegar sauce was also delicious, we used it as a sauce for meat and my son was smiling and shaking his head like he couldnt believe the amazing taste, lol! Will also try making uni konbu pasta!
