However, after thawing two packs, the color wasn't as red as when it was frozen. This fish is very fresh and delicious; I've already repurchased it several times since it was on sale.
The taste is different each time; this one seems to have been sitting for a long time, so it doesn't taste very good. The one I bought last time was delicious.
