The quantity of this poke is a lot more than I thought it would be. I’m satisfied and will be purchasing more in the future.

It was ready to use after thawing under running water. It was a generous portion, but quite salty. There was a slight fishy smell, so I mixed it with sesame oil before eating. I probably won't buy it again.

Sure, this is smoked salmon, just cut into chunks instead of slices. If you don't mind the appearance, you can buy it. I prefer it cut into smaller pieces, so it goes very well with avocado rice.
I received the goods and they seem pretty good. I'll put them in the freezer for now, and in a couple of days I plan to make a light meal with avocado.

I made poke. It had tuna, avocado, a little shrimp, and was topped with white sesame seeds. The seasoning was soy sauce, umami soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. I wondered if it would go well with smoked salmon... but it was delicious!

I sometimes use this smoked salmon to make sushi rolls, and it turns out really good. The flavor is nice, it rolls easily, and the price is reasonable for the quality. Would definitely buy again.

This smoked salmon has a nice kick from the togarashi seasoning - just the right amount of heat and flavor without overpowering the fish. The smokiness is smooth, and the texture is buttery. Great on a toast with cream cheese, or even on its own.
