I often use these bamboo shoots to cook duck stew or stir-fry chicken gizzards. A little tip: before cooking, blanch them briefly with a little salt to make them crispier and sweeter. What I like most is that the young bamboo shoots are crunchy and not fibrous. However, the amount of water in the bag is a bit high, so the actual amount of bamboo shoots is slightly less than what it looks like.
