Since it is a fermented rice product, it is great for removing gamey odors from both meat and fish, so I have always used it. I am glad to see it at Weee. I also like that the expiration date is generous.
Mirin is surprisingly useful for many occasions~ I bought a slightly larger size than the one I used before. It is a must-have when cooking meat or seafood!!^^
