This is my first order of this product. It arrived nicely packed in ice. It looks nothing like the picture on the package, but I must say that it is quite tasty and satisfying. The masala is not overwhelming. There is a lot of paneer in this wrap. It’s high in fiber, iron, calcium and potassium. The texture was nice and soft after reheated in the microwave. Instructions say to microwave for 90 seconds on both sides. I reheated for less time. The only thing I didn’t like about it, was the 34% of sodium. That way more than a person should consume.. It’s not something that I will eat often., but it’s good as a treat ( only because of the high sodium content). I will repurchase, but not too often. Overall the taste was very good.
