- Out of all the meat I've bought at Weee, this was the most delicious. The beef brisket for shabu-shabu I've bought here has sometimes been covered in blood clots or had an unpleasant gamey smell, making it difficult to eat, but this one is not like that at all and is incredibly tender!! It doesn't have much fat attached, but it isn't tough either; it's clean and neat. I'm only going to buy this from now on.
