As a New Orleans native who's lived in the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. for more than 25 years, I grew to accept I'd only have access to truly fresh and flavorful seafood when I visited my hometown or select destinations. So, when I boiled the heads/shells of these Jumbo Tiger Shrimp to make a shrimp stock for one recipe and they produced such a wonderfully fragrant aroma, it prompted me to immediately pivot in favor of a NOLA-style seafood boil instead. Even though it didn't have every single thing, I would normally want in a seafood boil, the freshness and quality of the shrimp still made this phenomenal! I'll definitely be purchasing these again!

It's very fresh and sweet; you can eat it after thawing.
I've bought these sweet shrimp multiple times. The advantage is that they're very convenient to eat; just blanch them in boiling water to disinfect them, and they're ready to eat. They're also great peeled and mixed into salads. However, this batch seemed a bit small, making them a little troublesome to eat.
After thawing, just rinse with mineral water and it's ready to eat! It's fresh and sweet.

These white shrimp are fresh, tasty, and have a nice firm texture. They cook quickly and stay tender and juicy. The flavor is naturally sweet and works perfectly for stir-fries, noodles, soups, or seafood dishes. The quality is excellent for the price. I’m very satisfied and would definitely buy them again!
We love shrimp, but the shrimp in this box are all different sizes, quite uneven, unlike what we usually buy. I don't know if I bought the wrong kind or if the quality has deteriorated. However, the freshness seems okay. They're packaged in several small bags, so we can easily make braised, tomato-sauce-based, salt and pepper-based, or stir-fried shrimp anytime.
