As a New Orleans native who's lived in the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. for more than 25 years, I grew to accept I'd only have access to truly fresh and flavorful seafood when I visited my hometown or select destinations. So, when I boiled the heads/shells of these Jumbo Tiger Shrimp to make a shrimp stock for one recipe and they produced such a wonderfully fragrant aroma, it prompted me to immediately pivot in favor of a NOLA-style seafood boil instead. Even though it didn't have every single thing, I would normally want in a seafood boil, the freshness and quality of the shrimp still made this phenomenal! I'll definitely be purchasing these again!
