Even after being refrigerated for two days before cooking, the loofah is still firm and fresh. When stir-fried with clams, it retains its bright green color and doesn't turn black!
They're all huge. I haven't eaten them yet, so I don't know if they're old or not.

Fresh ribbed gourd, purchased for the first time.
Before cooking, peel the fruit and taste it to see if it tastes bitter. Because the one I bought last time was bitter, this time I had three, and this one was fine.
The loofahs were quite tender, but unfortunately two out of three were broken.
I got 4 long pieces of sing gua. I used a knofe to remove the outer skin and sliced them into pieces as seen in picture 2. Some of them can be stir fry. Some can be cook with misua noodles and can be mix with other vegetables for chopsuey.
The loofah is big and fresh, but I don't know if it will taste good.
The packaging was excellent the first time I received it. I've often received broken ones before. Although I haven't used the loofah yet, so I don't know the quality, I still appreciate the good packaging.

I’m very pleased with the Snake Gourds I received. I have eaten this in years, and am happy that I can get it from Weee. After scraping the thin layer of skin off, removed the seeds and thinly sliced. I fried it up with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, eddoes, and cilantro. This was served with steamed rice. Everyone enjoyed it. I will definitely be repurchasing this squash.

One pound of snake gourd, produced in the USA, is one of my family's favorite vegetables lately. Each serving contains two gourds of varying thickness and length. They feel a bit soft to the touch, and when cut open, they have seeds. After peeling, they can be stir-fried or used in cold dishes, and they have a unique, refreshing aroma.
