I cook it with pickled vegetables, chili and meat to make authentic‑style rice noodles. One note: it requires pre‑soaking; you cannot cook it directly without soaking.

Very good rice cereal, this is my second purchase, the ingredients are clean.
The price was very reasonable; I bought three packs at once. I've always liked this kind of rice cereal.

Texture is good, with good flavor of rice
I followed the instruction like boiled noodles in boiling water for 14 minutes, but it doesn’t work. I boiled at least 25-30 minutes, then leave as it for 5 minutes after removing the heat. Finally, drain noodles with cold water to prevent from noodles getting sticky.

Jiangxi's silver thread rice noodles are first boiled in boiling water for 2 minutes, then the side dishes are stir-fried in a separate wok, water is added, brought to a boil, and then the drained rice noodles are added and cooked until the rice noodles are soft. This makes a delicious boiled rice noodle dish. Unlike Guilin rice noodles, silver thread rice noodles are easy to cook, convenient, quick, easy to digest, and gentle on the teeth and stomach.

I made dry-mixed rice noodles, which were both delicious and convenient.
I thought it was dried noodles, but it turned out to be semi-fresh. It only takes a few seconds to boil, so it's quick and delicious, and my family loved it!

It's easy because you don't need to boil it. While you're stir-frying the other ingredients, soak it in water, and then add it when you're done. So simple!
